How does it work?
We start by having a consultation with you. We determine exactly what your needs and goals are then create dishes that go with the food you're already serving. Once that has been completed, we will return to teach your back of the house staff how to prepare the dishes as well as educate the front of the house staff on the food and prepare them for the most frequently asked questions.
